Prepare the Package
Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
